A presentation on healing with John Carkner,
CranioSacral Therapist and Intuitive Healer
Many people find the subject of healing a slippery one to grasp. When it works what is happening? When it appears not to help, what’s really going on? What is at work either ‘beneath the surface’ or ‘beyond the body’? So, is there more to the picture? I hope to be able to offer a wider understanding.
There are of course, some misconceptions about hands-on healing practises and energy concepts that need to be demystified for the mainstream audience, more trust placed in holistic approaches, and more information provided for people seeking therapeutic assistance. As well, we practitioners/healers must acknowledge the vast nature of our work beyond our training, methodologies and belief systems to be truly effective.
This 3 hour (approx) discussion, presentation and demonstration will answer many questions around the Healing Arts, and provide a forum for laypeople and practitioners to expand their knowledge base and access more of their intuitive skills for self-help and assisting others with their health concerns. The evening allows opportunity to receive a therapeutic session during demonstration for ALL participants, and your chance to open discussions on any topic around healing, whether body, mind or spirit-related.
